Rates:
- Our rates may vary day-by-day. Please select a period to see the exact price for your stay.
Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the total amount is due at time of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid 7 day before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings canceled more than 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled 14 to 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellation made less than 14 days before the start of the stay unless agreed upon by both parties.
Security deposit:
- A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is held on 1 day before arrival and voided on 1 day after departure provided no deductions are made for damage to the property or furnishings; dirt requiring excessive cleaning; any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest's stay.
Amenities fee:
- Please note that to use the amenities each guest is required to purchase a guest’s badge for a fee of $12 per day.

Guest Age:
- The primary renter should be at least 25 years old. We kindly ask you to provide a government-issued ID for verification.
Parking:
- The driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
Pets Policy:
- Pets are welcome with pre-approval. There is an additional $50 cleaning fee per pet. Service Animals are always welcome with a valid certification.
Safety and Privacy:
- The Property has security cameras placed in the backyard area, the driveway, and the front door. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.
